Target Address

109 Prince Street
New York, NY 10012

Corner of Prince Street and Greene Street, SoHo, Manhattan.

Placed where fashion shoppers already walk.

The concept is positioned for SoHo energy: cast-iron architecture, luxury retail neighbors, tourist traffic, downtown locals, stylists, creators, and shoppers moving between top fashion stores. The address is a real Manhattan location used here as a target concept, not a claim that PIZDON has signed the space.

Inside the Shop

Physical pieces first.

The store is built around real product handling: the tee, shell, cargo set, beanie, jacket, and layer kits sit on racks and tables before they become campaign looks. That gives PIZDON a clearer base for styling, item photos, and drawing the clothes onto people without guessing from a flat graphic.

01 Front product table

Folded tees, shells, hats, and core items placed immediately inside the glass.

02 Wall racks

Black and white rails split by outerwear, summer sets, cargos, and graphic tees.

03 Photo wall

Campaign images sit beside real garments so the styling system stays grounded.

Design Summary

Concrete, glass, black metal.

The shop should feel like a downtown gallery for wearable pieces: quiet walls, strong lighting, concrete floor, black fixtures, clean hanging rails, and enough open space for drops, fittings, photos, and small launch events.

Flow Street to rack

Window display pulls people in, then the center table carries the drop story.

Service Counter in back

Checkout stays minimal so the clothing and photo wall stay dominant.

Content Try-on zone

Fitting and styling space doubles as a real-life content corner.

Make It Real

Path to the first store.

This page is the public-facing concept board: the location target, customer promise, physical layout, and design direction. The next practical steps are to confirm available retail spaces near Prince and Greene, price the buildout, assemble the first sellable drop, and use the shop as the place where PIZDON pieces become real-life looks.

01 Find the space

Use 109 Prince Street as the target reference and scout nearby SoHo retail listings.

02 Build the sample rack

Produce the core tee, shell, cargo, beanie, and outerwear pieces for in-person display.

03 Design the fit wall

Use physical items and campaign photos together so styling on people improves.

04 Launch the room

Open with a small drop, fitting appointments, street photos, and creator visits.

Concept note: 109 Prince Street is used as a real Manhattan target address for planning and visualization. This page does not state that PIZDON currently leases, owns, or has secured that property.
